If your order has been damaged during the transport, please, make sure to warn it in the delivery note of the transport provider and notify us of the incident by our contact form before 24h.
To proceed with a refund, contact us and we will inform you of the steps you need to follow for your shipment.
The return of the products will be made in the same container in which it was received already adapting this to the volume returned so in the transfer it does not suffer deterioration. Once the product is received it will be checked and if it’s appropriate the same amount will be paid in the same method in which the payment was made.
The shipping costs are responsibility of the client provided that this return does not compete with our quality standard. If the return is due to a poor condition of the product with previous authorization of SECRET DE LEVANTE the picking will be done without any costs for the client.
Returns not received 24 hours after receipt of your order are not accepted.
The refund of your money will be made within a maximum term of thirty days although most refunds take place in ten days. Please include each and every one of the items and packages that have been supplied to you.
