Our product is the valencian traditional paella with natural and high quality ingredients of our own farming like valencian painted carob and bean named “ferradura” cooked in orange tree firewood in a natural way to keep all the essence of the ingredients.
Secret de Levante is the result of the experience acquired along forty years of dedication, cooking loving care and attention to our clients.
Our fruit is the result of the preparation of a product thought and thinked over on slow fire like the good kitchen till find the perfect formula maintaining the authentic flavor of our paella.
